Your Role in Our Journey 

If you are a quintessential sales junkie who dreams about scripting their own hyper growth story, you might just be who we are looking for. You will join the leadership team in our young and exciting organization. 

As a Business Development Leader you will work closely with the Founders to drive the Go To Market Efforts and deliver stellar Business Growth. You will be at the center of all our efforts to Blitz Scale the business in the coming months. 


Major Responsibilities 

● Own and Deliver on our ambitious growth targets - partners and customer acquisition 

● Deliver on the GTM plan to Blitz Scale business growth - geographies, programs & partnerships 

● Build and Manage an awesome Team (BD Managers, Field Executives) to deliver growth 

● Own the rapid execution of initiatives and market experiments to drive growth 

● Be the voice of the market to all teams and the face of Findeed in the markets 


Qualifications and Competencies 

● ~ 5 Years of growth strategy and execution (Sales and Marketing, Business Development) in a Massive Growth, Blitz Paced environment - And now you are looking for your next ‘Big Thing’ 

● You love the incessant cycle of chasing down sales numbers while also being able to zoom out and figure out a method to the madness 

● You are awesome at solving problems and will work with the founders as we chart our big bold growth path 

● Teams love to work with you for the energy you bring, collaborativeness, pushing them to do better and helping them do better 

● You are friends with both Data and raw feedback and can channelise these to see whats working and whats not 


Work Location - Bangalore with travel to new geographies as required based on the growth roadmap
